Radiant Beauty & Health West Hartford

I have a mix feelings about that place. Prices are great. Service is fine but…facility is completely not set up for that type of business. There is NO bathroom for clients within the unit - you have to walk down the hallway with a key to unlock shared bathroom. No towels to dry your face. They just give you roll of paper towels. Afternoons are busy and everyone is cramped in the tiny waiting room. It is just weird, some people waiting for the appointment, some just sitting with stuff on their face. No privacy at all. You definitely don’t get that SPA vibe. There is no direct phone number to each location . And if you try to call, typically you get a voicemail. You can text - but no one responds in timely manner . How that can be ? They have several locations, I’m talking like 7 - And have

I’ve had the best experience at Radiant Beauty and Health, and that’s entirely thanks to my aesthetic injector, Andrea. I trust her work completely. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, listens carefully to my aesthetic concerns, and truly focuses on enhancing my natural features in the most thoughtful, balanced way. Her professionalism, skill, and warm demeanor make every visit comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else—Andrea is exceptional!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! This place is a complete scam. They barely answer phones, have no customer service skills, and will lie about what treatments they give you. I got scammed into lip fillers that fid absolutley nothing althought i paid for a full syringe. I went back and spoke with them and the business owner agreed that the lips didnt look like it was a full syringe(which i paid for) but insisted i had to come back a third time if i wanted to get them fixed and pay full proce. Very disheartening experience please do not waste your time or money.

Absolutely amazing experience! Had lip & filler done and could not be more happy! Went to the West Hartford office and it was very very clean and the injector was amazing! Would absolutely recommend!

Andrea has been wonderful informative and helpful. She has helped me with achieving my goals to improve my skincare routine. She’s in this field for all the right reasons and her advice is customer support first not financial driven. She’s honest and professional. She has helped with hyperpigmentation skin elasticity including maintaining a youthful appearance.
