Radiance MFR Myofascial Release

I train at the gym 5 days a week and lift heavy and I had a sore knee and Robin did MFR on it and the next day it was healed. Great atmosphere and great energy and experience! I used the infrared sauna which was amazing as well! Highly recommend.

I had a 2 hour session with Robin and it was incredible. I felt nurtured and relaxed and the results were feeling more peaceful and at ease than I had in a very long time. My neck pain was reduced significantly. I enjoyed 10 minutes in the sauna for the last part of my session and it was blissful. If you’re contemplating trying it out, do yourself a favor!!! Your body and soul will thank you. 5 * for sure!

I had my first session with Robin this week. She is so passionate and knowledgable about her work. It isn't often that you find a therapist who keeps up to date on the latest research and techinques, until I met Robin. I often have a hard time relaxing and letting go during a massage, but I totally enjoyed my time with Robin. Her work is slow and intentional and made such a difference. I can't wait to return to her!
