Honestly, one of the worst beauty supplies I’ve visited. I was happy to have one in the Ruskin area, but there is literally NEVER anyone there. The store is always randomly closed. Also, they’re ALWAYS out of stock with a lot of things you need. I’m currently sitting outside of the store right now. Note on the door says, “be back at 3:40. It’s 3:50 and no one is here.” First time, I thought it may be an emergency, but no, this happens randomly all throughout the day. So many customers have come to the door and left. I’ve held back from giving a negative review for a while, but this is out of hand! Customer service is not great either. 0/10 I do not recommend. Just drive to Riverview! DO BETTER!

I've been going to this place for 2 years. Most times when I go in, I'm greeted when I enter but the customer service stops there, which bothered me; however, I continued to support a black owned business. They are always on a personal call, not just the teens but adults as well. The last couple of times I've gone in, it took me a little bit longer to find what I was looking for. I noticed after a while, no one once came to ask if I needed help and/or if I was looking for anything in particular. There was NO communication. Therefore, I walked out... no one said thank you for stopping in and/or have a good day. People fail to realize great customer service is part of the package and price! Radiance Beauty Supply is hands down one of the best beauty supply stores I’ve ever visited. The store is clean, well-organized, and always stocked with a great selection of quality products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping customers find what they need. I’ve always felt welcomed and appreciated every time I shop here. This isn’t just a beauty supply store, it’s a place that celebrates confidence, self-care, and community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch products and exceptional service!

I’m sitting out the store Feb.8 at 3:46pm. Because no one is in the store and they left a sticky note saying they’ll be back at 3:40. This store is never open the hours on the door or google says they are. Also when you finally do go in there’s no products for real. I don’t even think the staff restock. As a local hairstylist this is the number 1 worst beauty supply store in Hillsborough county.

My first time knowing she is here. She was very pleasant and I’m glad to know that there is a growing black owned beauty supply store near me. No offense to anyone else but she can actually help me with my hair care needs.
