Annie Braids Hair Fast LLC

I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged for a service I didn’t receive. I asked for small knotless braids and was told $250, but that’s not what I got, and when I brought it up, I was told it was a small even though it clearly wasn’t. I also only received four rows above my ears instead of the six or eight that should have been done. My hair was done in less than 3 hours. The lack of accountability and the poor service were unacceptable. I would never go back nor recommend it.

I had an appt at 2 and got the goddess braids done. I was done before 5. This was the fastest braider I have ever had and I absolutely LOVE how my hair came out. I found my new braider♡

I booked my appointment for small bohemian knotless braids. My appointment was at 10 but was notified that she was running behind and asked me to come at 11. I got there at 11 and she was finished at 1:45. She is fast. The braids are bigger than I'm used to for small bohemian knotless braids but overall I am pleased with my hair

Drove from Land O Lakes (1hr) for appt w/ Germaine. I'd informed her I had the hair & if price would be discounted if I bring my own (since price included hair). 1st inquiry on this, I got no response, but on Booksy I was asked of hair color which I provided & was informed the price included the hair & to come arrive w/ my hair washed & blowed out. Since this was my 1st appt w/ Germaine, & put some hair in my trunk just to be safe. When I arrived, a lady opened the door & didn't greet me. Then another lady came (Im assuming Germaine) & asked me about hair. I informed her that she responded on Booksy that the hair was already included. She said she doesnt have the color hair I requested & so I asked why didnt you tell me before the appointment (especially considering I drove so far away). S

First time trying this business and I was very impressed with how fast I was in and out in under 4 hours for boho knotless braids. Germanie was very accommodating since I brought my own human hair with me for her to use. She liked the hair and was able to use it for me which I was happy about. The size of the braids were bigger than I thought since I booked for small knotless and my hair feels a little sticky from the gel or mouse. I’m not used to a lot of gel being used but the final result was nice. I will definitely use Annie Braids Fast again whenever I would like a quick and easy braid style. Thank you so much for not having me waste my entire day sitting in a chair!
