I had such a wonderful experience at Rachel’s Hair Salon in Little Neck. From the moment I shared my hair history and concerns, Mr. Kim immediately understood what I was hoping for and made me feel completely at ease. His attention and confidence really reassured me. Mrs. Kim was just as thoughtful—she washed my hair very gently and carefully felt the texture as she worked. As a hairdresser herself, she clearly understood my hair’s condition and what it needed, which I truly appreciated. My haircut is, without a doubt, the best cut I have ever had in my life. Mr. Kim is great. I've gone to him twice now for a short women's cut on curly/wavy thick hair and been really happy with it, he's very skilled. The lady who washes hair is really nice too.

The hair stylist’s cutting was good for the first two times, then turned to complete disappointment for the last two times. I showed him the picture with the style I wanted and kept asking him make sure to cut exactly like that. But he cut it too short and too much layers that looked nothing like I show him. The worst thing is I couldn’t even do much to help out the look. It took me a long time to grow to that length. And now it will take me at least a half year to grow back. Now my hair looks like a mess With no style at all right before I am going on vacation with friends

I love how the owner cuts my hair! He is very kind and takes his time cutting my hair, they always attend me super fast with or without an appointment I always wait less than 5min and the prices are reasonable, the place is very spacious and clean, I will come back to cut my hair again with him!

Kim is the most skilled hair stylist in the area. Have been going to him for over 10 years. Don't listen to the one or two haters out there. Folks, you get what you paid for out there.
