Today I visited Angel Tips for a simple polish change appointment and left deeply dissatisfied with both the manicure and the lack of customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing. Minutes before my appointment, I received a call from them urging me to hurry and that "the girl has to go home,". Mind you, I had told the lady on the phone when booking my appointment that I can come in earlier- she was the one that insisted on the 5:30 time. When scheduling the appointment, I had asked her on the phone "are you able to cut my nails and do a polish change?" and she said yes. Love going here 2 get my powder manicure! The work that they do is awesome, the atmosphere is relaxing & ALL of the nail techs are so sweet! Would definitely recommend!!!

I have gone to this salon every month since September 2016 and have had a good experience each time except the last time. I get an underarm waxing and sometimes a half or full leg. This last time I got the underarm and full leg waxing and was highly dissatisfied by the leg waxing. First, I have never had such an aggressive waxing. Second, she forgot to do my upper leg even though I had said full leg and gestured to my leg. I reminded her(I later wished I hadn't). She left wax ALL OVER my legs. She didn't put the oil or the powder on my legs after the waxing like she did my underarms. My legs were sticking together and sticking to EVERYTHING! I wished I hadn't given her any tip! First time here. Mimmie did exactly what I wanted and it came out lovely. Very nice ladies, funny and straightforward. Place needs to be remodeled, a little more options on color selection and specials to compete with other salons. Example: Mon-Wed 10% gel mani and pedi at the very least but the place has potential and the customer service was feel good so I'll be coming back!

Great nail job. Love Sofia. Got a regular mani pedi and are always able to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Good service.
