Amazing experience. I typically don’t like getting braids because of how painful and time consuming it can be however I fell in love with this place because they don’t cause pain when braiding and I got medium waist length boho braids in 3 hours flat. I think they cured some trauma for me there lol. The women are very nice and sweet, there is a language barrier for some of them so I can see how other people may perceive it as “attitude” when they are literally just trying very hard to understand you. Have patience and understanding. I’m so pleased with my hair I will be bringing my daughter next. Thank you ❤️

Fantastic service! This salon in LA is one of the best braiding services we’ve received in SoCal. My wife and I were a bit skeptical about this new place, but we decided to give it a try. Rachelle, the stylist, delivered the best service we could imagine. The services took about 3 hours. The salon was very clean, and the staff was professional. Thank you all so much! 🙌🏿

Braiders have really bad attitudes and my braids were not done correctly some were mini box braids some were knotless some braids long some short. Needless to say I won’t be returning the parting was also crooked and they like to overcharge for services they try to overcharge a young lady for boho twist the website advertising a different price in person. They gave her a really hard time and pretty much told her it’s different pricing. Scam!!! Ladies save your money and go to professional braiders.

Incredibly disappointed. Trust the negative reviews because I wish I did. They will over charge you and scam you. You won’t get the style you asked for how you want it. They will leave you waiting in the cold at 6am and won’t start your appointment till an hour later. Save your money and time. Go literally anywhere but here.
