I was a bit nervous before trying microneedling for the first time( that was very very first time back in 2020) but this clinic made it such a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Rachel was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly tolerable, and the results have been amazing — my skin already looks smoother, tighter, and more radiant after just one session! They use clean, high-quality tools and take hygiene very seriously, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone considering microneedling — you’ll be in great hands! This is my 5 years going back to the same clinic for micro-needling treatment

Rachel is amazing and highly educated in what she does. She patient, very kind, welcoming and most importantly, she’s very honest. I’ve been coming to her for almost 7 years now. I used to have severe cystic acne that then left deep scarring in my skin. Now my skin has improved so much that people can’t even tell I’ve had acne before. I appreciate that she also stays up to date with the technology in the esthetics industry and offers it to her clients. No matter where I move to, I will travel to see her! Amazing work.

I never write reviews but Rachel deserves 5 stars by far. She is the most professional and personable esthetician If have met. This review goes to the amazing work she has done in my skin. I have been doing RF microneedling for almost a year and I have no words to explain how beautiful and healthy my skin looks. I do not have to worry about regular facials or even Botox because the RF is doing all for my skin.

I started coming to RachelMedSpa pre pandemic after a makeup artist at Sephora recommended it to me and showed before and after treatment photos of herself - her results were shocking so I had to try it for myself. I must say my face has completely changed with the microneedling rf treatments: acne, acne scars and marks are gone, even those ice pick ones and the overall texture of my skin is a lot more even. I have also noticed that fine lines on my forehead also look less apparent. Rachel, the owner, is very knowledgeable and experienced and will treat your face as if it was hers - if she doesn’t believe a treatment is appropriate for you, she won’t recommend it, which is quite different from most places in New York City where they are eager to sell you services that you don’t need.
