He did NOT listen to what I wanted. I said I wanted a trim in the back & around my ears. I told him NOT to touch the long hair on the top. I said to leave the part around my face alone, just start at the ears & clip it very close from there & around to the back. I cut my own hair but I cannot clip it short around the ears & in the back! I just need to find a barber who can do this for me, but I cannot seem to make anyone understand what I want. I even had pictures of what it needed to look like! He cut off half the hair on top, and clipped it short all the way to the front & at my sideburns. The main thing I needed was someone who can use clippers without it making streaks in the back where my head is a little bumpy. This was another thing that he could not do! I would rate this

Not only is Dr. Williams a great barber but great person as well. Wonderful service and attention to detail with personalized care. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend this business.
