When this place first opened, I gave 5 stars. It was a great shopping experience, wonderful staff, huge variety, has everything I need... but NOW, 2 years later, I'm giving 2 stars for the lack of quality customer service is unbelievable! These younger girls they have working there are so rude. They give attitude when you need assistance and will literally tell you your total and sit down while you're completing your transaction, never to look or speak to you again. No "thanks, come again", no NOTHING. Like you're invisible. And this is not the first occurrence. They are consistently unprofessional. The store itself, however, still has everything I need. Great products and affordable. The staff just makes you not even want to spend your money with them.

Pitiful customer service. The girls who sit in the front of the store are very unprofessional, uneducated. Which not only reflects their character, but also who the owner chooses to hire and represents his business and storefront. However, with an attitude like that I sadly see why they are in the position that they are in, and are behind a counter all day long.

Let me say I know nothing about hair. So this past weekend I traveled from Wilmington to Tarboro to get my daughters and I hair done by my bestie for a baby we had to go too in Wilson (we do a lot of traveling) and there were a few things that I needed. So, I went Sunday morning to get it and I didn’t have my glasses with me lol so I needed a little help and the one girl there helped me a lot and I appreciate that so much. I hate I didn’t get her name but if she reads this she’ll know who I am.

Clerk said "owner denies entry if wearing a mask to protect yourself from Covid-19 Because someone stole a $300 dollar wig" . I say don't take your lack of quality security from a potential paying customer. I just was looking for nail care products. Apparently, Queen's Beauty Supply doesn't need my money or business. Poor Management and an insufficient way to run a public business. I would have posted a half a star or minus star if it were possible.

I was very excited when this store first opened. But the staffing is very unprofessional. The little light skinned girl at the register always seems to have an attitude and barely wants to assist when help is needed. I love the store and the owner is very friendly, but do to your staff, I will not be returning. I’m sure she is going to cause you to loose more customers than myself.
