I went there yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday and it was the worse experience ever. I scheduled an appointment and paid $20 deposit, my appointment was with Grimelly and her customer service was terrible. I booked gel x and she suggested that I do acrylic and I told her no, I prefer gel x. I get gel x all the time and yesterday was the first time , the process was painful. She pushed it too far back and I told her but she said no it’s fine. Throughout the appointment I was still in pain and I told her my pinky was hurting too much to remove it, she finally listened and removed it but she was so rough. I’ve never experienced this kind of service , ever. She was on the phone the whole time and speaking Spanish with one of coworker the whole appointment and ignored all my conc

Queen of Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Boston! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and offered a complimentary drink. The staff is incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is so relaxing with great music playing in the background. Everyone is welcoming and professional. I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. 10/10 — I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience!

I finally had the opportunity to visit the beautiful establishment! I loved everything about my experience. The atmosphere, the ladies are friendly and welcoming. Vicky did an amazing job on my nails and Ariana was beyond attentive with my pedicure. However from what I saw all the ladies are super talented! Def my new nail salon!

I had a terrible experience! I made an appointment and I was sitting there waiting for half almost an hour. Its unacceptable. Also, nobody spoke English, so I was even more frustrated because I could not be understood. However, I used google translate so that was fixed immediately. I asked for an oval shape and they did not deliver. I think the girl that did my nails was Ana, but she was always on her phone. I am not happy with my service and I payed $85. Wait until you see what I payed 85 for. I simply don’t recommend.

The best nail salon in town! They are really professional. I've been doing my nails with Grimelly for almost 2 years and I have no complaints about it. She is really talented! I get my refills done monthly and my nails are perfect! because their material is of very good quality and the prices are reasonable. Btw Piña Coladas are something else!! Highly recommended! Book your appointment and thank me later!
