I was able to walk-in and only waited about 10 minutes. I already had removed my gel polish so I just wanted a quick clean up and a new color put on. The woman who did them was very nice, quick and did a great job. They look lovely. Will definitely return.

Phoebe and crew are simple the best in the county. I’ve been coming here since their grand opening last year and have always been overly happy with my experiences. They have strengthened my nails immensely in the last year. Marble, swirl, gel, dip, matte, chrome… they can do it all.

Absolute worst experience ever. I made and appointment days ago for 11am first of all. It started with a pedi It wasn't terrible but could of been better It felt rushed. Then we started on my nails one was crooked it and she literally argued with me that it was my finger 🙄 so after arguing she finally fixed it. Then another customer come in and she also had and appointment so she was going to stop doing mine to do that lady's but I also had an appointment so I spoke up and said that she ended up finishing my nails and they look terrible there's arcliyc all over my fingers the whole experience was very unprofessional do not recommend at all.

My experience was great! I went with my friend and we were both able to be seen within a short period of time. Both of our nail techs were nice and fast to work. My artist was Jenny and I would really recommend her. We had an easy, good conversation even though I had never met her. I forget the name of my friend’s artist but she had golden round glasses. She was really quick too! Mine are the stilettos and my friend has the coffin nails.

I have received cold plasma and hot plasma on my face and arm from Phoebe who literally described the process as "barbecuing the skin" while I lay on a gurney in the back of her office. Not only is is obvious that the treatment was not successful, but I may have acquired new scars from this procedure and have no idea if this business even has updated permits and certifications to administer this treatment. When I asked for a refund, Phoebe flat out refused citing her recent fire outbreak to the office as reasoning for not refunding. While I sympathize for her physical losses from the fire, I cannot understand her justification or reasoning for creating further damage to my skin without any accountability or repercussions.
