Queen Nails Spa

this was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Went in at 11:00 AM, left at 2:00 PM..don’t come here if you have other plans. Started with a pedicure that the lady told me she couldn’t do so I would have to sit and wait for another person to complete it. Took 20+ mins for this lady to finish up, the original lady badgered me into getting gel polish. Then moved onto my full set manicure. I told the lady as she was starting that I wanted them short, see attached photos. This took easily another more than another half hour for her to put on acrylic. Then I had to go to a third person because I asked for chrome, apparently only one person could do that. Because I had a different place to be I had her put gel on and called it a day. First time at the nail salon and the mixed reviews definitely had me worried. I was accepted as a walk-in service for a gel pedicure and a refill on an acrylic set. First and foremost, I could have fell asleep during the massage part of my pedicure. It was very relaxing and included hot stones and hot towel at the end. Zero complaints on the paint job. As for the refill on my nails, let’s just say the salon who I initially went to did a less than desirable job. The nails were not shaped nicely and it was very obvious. I had the pleasure of seeing Mary for the refill and my god is she a miracle worker! She was able to bring the nails back to life so much so that they look like a brand new set! She was an absolute sweetheart and ensured I was satisfied with her work. There is no way I will b

i’m honestly disappointed, I was so excited to experience this place because my boyfriends mom loves this place. My friend and I came in to get a pedi and from the start it was a little rough. we didn’t want anything fancy just nails painted and taken care of. we sat down and it took them about 10 minutes to get set up going back and forth from front to back like they couldn’t find anything they needed. both of our tubs of water were ice cold when we got there, when we asked to have them warmed up a bit they put a splash of hot water in and called it a day. the woman I had didn’t talk to me at all, burned me with the stones and didn’t care about clipping my skin. after my nails were painted (poorly) she up and left without saying a word to back to the front and then work on someone else 10

The staff is very friendly, and the shop is clean. Ben did my acrylic nails gel fill. There is such inconsistency with the thickness of the nails, and after 1-week, they look like they haven't been filled for 2 weeks. The polish is blotchy, and was very messy. Unfortunately I will not return to this facility.

Beautiful atmosphere and great service. The staff is just lovely. I came in for an appointment last week and was greeted and services immediately. Their prices are also very reasonable. The lovely owner even bought pizza and gave me some, as I arrived very pregnant and hungry, lol. I can't say enough good about them. You will love this salon
