Queen Nails

Just happened to walk in after work and Dorris was super sweet. Great experience overall and my nails came out super cute! She also checked with me multiple times to make sure she was giving me the length, shape, and design I wanted.

My favorite place to get my nails done and the only place I’ll go to! Dorris is amazing. She takes her time on each customer and just does a fabulous job. She’s really talented with nail art. I don’t understand why there’s negative reviews on this place because whenever I go I have a great experience. Dorris runs the place by herself and is amazing at it. So, make an appointment with her.. you won’t regret it. I promise.

I found this salon at total random. I am new to the area and had called because I didn't see a website for them, but had noticed good reviews. The staff was very nice and when they learned I was new to the area, they said they would give me a call if I needed directions. I ended up being late, having taken a wrong turn and they did in fact call me to check in. I have never had a salon do that. It was very courteous. The salon was clean and cozy. They have Happy Hour for 21+ that I absolutely loved! The nail technician was very gentle and diligent, which I appreciated. My nails look great, both hands and feet. The hand wax therapy was new; I've never had that before when getting my nails done. My hands felt so soft and renewed which was wonderful because I get such dry skin during winter.

When I first began going to Queen Nails the service and quality of my nails were fabulous! I was extremely impressed. Unfortunately, within a year everything went downhill. Dawson no longer works there and Doris is by herself. She rushes everyone in and out and does not do a quality job. They used to offer wine and have a really nice place. Now its just low end. In addition, their prices were raised! More money for less quality. You don't get your nail beds trimmed, lotion, you barely even get your nails painted professionally. Again, very unfortunate.

I've been to several places. One is Saratoga Springs was fantastic, but after discovering Queen Nails, it's the only place I go. Excellent work (pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing are the services I have experienced.) Very friendly. Great personalities. Can't recommend highly enough!
