Just had an amazing 2hr body work experience 1hr Thai and 1 hr massage. I highly recommend both but if you never had a Thai massage you must try it. It's the best of both worlds with stretching and compression work. I feel so relaxed!!! next time I'm back in NY I will be back multiple times!! Thank you!!
