Queen nails

My husband had an appointment today at 12:30 and the whole experience was dealt with disappointment. The nail technician was 30 minutes late to the appointment. They rushed to do his nails (not smoothly filed and not at a nail salon level). The clear polish application came off multiple times during the appointment. He asked them to redo it the second time which they did; however, after sitting under the dryer yet yet he noticed the polish was sliding off again. He choose to leave after the second application.

I stopped in today after having a horrible experience at a different salon yesterday. They were so kind and nice and actually listened to my concerns. Helped me and I would 100% go back. They had me fixed up in no time. Highly recommend.

I haven't had a full set of nails done in a very very long time. So I tried this place, should have known something was wrong when there was NO ONE in there besides 3 workers. *She did not "manicure" my hands at the beginning or end. *After she finished drilling on my nails, she simply brushed them off and started to paint. I asked if I was supposed to wash after the drilling she said no. *I tried to make some conversation and she did not answer me. *The lighting is terrible in there. *This tall male worker sat there watching videos at full volume right next to me. *She finished quickly and I left a generous tip. I came out into the sunlight and was disappointed to see a TON of bubbles on most fingers. *My thumb was affixed to the nail. *My pinky nail was uneven. *Where she had done no man

I love Queen Nails. I am a very fussy customer that likes things just a little different. They listen very closely, and even come up with improvements on my requests! They are a family run business and they are all very professional and extremely good at the services they provide. I added photos of my Halloween nails from today. We went with a French manicure with a Halloween twist. (Black tips, with a bat on my left ring finger, and a black cat on my right I could not be more pleased! Thanks guys!!

They fit me in on a difficult day and did a really great job. I went back about a month later and they were even better this time! I found my new nail place.
