Queen Nails 1

Left my nails a mess I asked to put the ring finger a glitter color but ignored my request, polish all over my hand, small specks on my nail and the white in the French is not an even coat. My first bad experience with them. Disappointed.

This place is one of the worst places I've ever been too, first off they don't tell you they charge more when it comes to length of the nails, they have a chart but won't show you, one of the manicurist that did my nails he didn't even do the bowl and water or cuticle clean up just went in on my nails, he then over charged me, I ended up paying 150 that day on nails,eyebrow waxing and my lashes which they charged me again saying cause they added more to my lash line even though they didn't say that before hand, I was charged 125 after my nails were done as I was waiting for the lash lady,, which I asked before giving the money "that's for everything including the eyebrows and laahes?" The guy said "yes" but then the lash lady charged me another 20 for my lashes, cause she had to "add more

I been coming here for years Ann is the best she is the only one that does my nails and eyebrows always providing the best service

I came in for the first time to get my nails Fixed from a different location. Anne was super nice and fixed my nails for me. I also got a gel pedi with Lisa , no complaints!

I went in for a fill and pedicure, none of my nails were broken since I got them done at another shop way in Long Beach. I wanted a cut down pointed shape and fill. Bryon or Byron, or Brandon did my nails he cut them down and filled them way too thin. 1 hr later I had a broken nail, so I called he said he would fix it next day another nail broke. On the review it said that the shop is closed on Sundays. But I'll be back there on Monday excepting the whole set done over no charge, thick enough not to break easily. I'm on a computer all day stroking keys and I need my nails strong not fragile.
