Queen Nail Spa/ Southside

I have been twice. The first time, the man messed my nails up so badly, that they had to be completely redone by the woman. The picture I showed him had a glare, he thought they were small pearls. I tried to explain that it was a glare and I didn’t want pearls and he kept going. I finally spoke with the lady and she fixed them for me. The turned out great and I had lots of compliments with that set. When l was there I felt very pressured to never visit my normal salon, Marshall Nails, which I absolutely love- they’re just not open on Sundays. I gave them a second chance today. My acrylics were rushed and done in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the quickness, but I’ve seen much better work. What really gives the 1 star review is how I was made to feel like I was cheap for choosing the $30 do

I had plans to go out of town this weekend and had an appointment to get my nails done at a salon the is very close to here. They waited till 30 minutes before my appointment to call and try to push it back or reschedule it. I walked in to Queen Nail and Lisa greeted me with a big smile and assured me she would get me taken care of. She did an amazing job. They are perfect. I will definitely go back.

Lisa did my nails for my 16th birthday today and she did an amazing job! Thank you Lisa!!

Lisa did exactly what I wanted and even pointed out my wide nails and why I may have been having issues with my nails not lasting as long. Truly a kind and caring experience.
