Always on point with my nails and feet. Never have to worry about who's doing my nails. They all can do very good nails n feets.

Time and time again.. I gave them 3+ chances. From recommendations, coming in on a busy day, and now quiet. This place is HORRIBLE. They keep making my cuticles bleed, caked up my toes, and screwing up the designs I constantly ask for. I tried being nice this last time bc I was recommended 1 lady that was knownto be good. She was there and was given another that was told she was just as good. She doesn't do designs, the nails is pathetic and embarrassing ( I have to start wearing sneakers for a month), and frankly ashamed myself for going with optimism. Thinking that things have changed. Another lady planned on doing the design and even SHE didn't do it right. It's not worth going. DON'T GO!!! Picture: What tip I wanted and constantly asked for and was declined bc they can't do it.

Tina did a manicure for me on 6/12 and convinced me to do gel polish cause "they last longer". The next day they had to repair the thumb because the polish was literally peeling off. Now not even two weeks later the gel polish is chipping and peeling on both hands. Will never go back there again! Surprised they're still in business!!

My nails bubbled over they look wrinkled and there's air pockets and the gel is just peeling off .I don't If it was the nail polish or what never in my life I had this happen they look terrible. Gel manicure was a waste of money .

. I went to Queens Nails on WESTSIDE AVE. to get an acrylic overlay .Colleen mess my nails up so bad it almost caused an altercation…DO NOT GO TO THIS.. Collen tried to blame me for me for the screw up but it was all on her ..she was not professional that day..she argued with me everything .SAVE THE HEADACHE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…do not waste your money..horrible service..THEY OFFER TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT.. HORRIBLE..DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ready to fight..horrible service
