This is a 5 star service and I say that because my shipments always come within 7 days, normally if i order over 50 products it takes weeks.

Latrese was really great when handling my order - there was an issue with the order processing (due to no one’s fault just an IT Glitch) and she made sure to contact me right away and get that rectified. She has great hair and even BETTER customer service. 100% recommend shopping with Queen Latrese!
