Honestly an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and they were extremely accommodating to me. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. As for the experience itself I have no words. You definitely aren’t just going for a massage you truly get the full spa experience here. I was given slippers and massage clothes to change into. The set up of the changing room was like a traditional Japanese hot spring changing room. I was then led to the massage room where my therapist was great at making it relaxing and comfortable for me. After my massage I booked some time in the volcanic slab infared sauna which was amazing. I was given herbal tea and the owner explained how she imported these slabs from Japan and the therapeutic benefits of it. I was even offered more t

I had the best experience of my life here I’ve never received a massage like this. All the staff were very polite and friendly, and they were willing to help me out because it was my first time I was 10 minutes late and that was no problem to them they accommodated me for the 10 minutes and overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I’ve never been to a massage place like this and I have tried quite a few in my day and I would definitely go back.

Highly recommend! They are very accommodating and welcoming. They even let me change the time of my booking, just by walking in. I love all the natural materials, cottons, bamboo, stone -- can't stand spas that have polyester everywhere, so Que vera was very refreshing in this regard. Massage was very good, and professionally done. The sauna was much better IMO than a regular dry heat one, air was not too hot but you lie on hot volcanic stone and it was much more regulating to my body (not so harsh). Big fan. It also wasn't a loud place, which was very appreciated. Worth a visit!

This place is more than just a massage, it's a whole relaxing experience. There's fresh brewed herbal tea and infused water, you change into comfortable "spa" clothes to hang out in. There's a shower, lockers, bidet, and products to use before/after your service. The owner is so friendly, and really cares about her customer's experience. My masseuse Bella was great, and the volcanic stone no-water sauna warmed me to my core! I went with several other ladies, and we were able to lay on the volcanic stone simultaneously, and sip tea with our shoes off sitting on floor cushions while talking and enjoying ourselves. The price is incredible for what you get. I will definitely be returning when I need to unwind!

I tied a September special package which is volcano Sauna 30 min + Massage 30 min. The massage is a kind of shiatsu massage and oil massage. They did my back, from neck to sole of my feet. The pressure was strong, but I like it. The therapist asked me if the pressure was OK or not. I felt really good after the massage. I'd like to try one hour massage next time.
