Quarter To Ten Store

I have visited 3 times as Texas City is a small town and beauty supply stores are few. Each time the hair smelled fishy. I visited yesterday 5/3 and asked to smell hair (Ibiza) before purchasing. Of course it smelled fished. I have purchased this brand numerous times in Houston and never had an issue with fishy smell. In addition there were no 12 inch. The clerk offered 14 inches which cost $20 more. It too was fishy smell. I asked for another brand and the smell was fishy as well. The clerk stated it comes from manufacturer and I could wash the hair. She offered to call the owner to see if I could get the 14 inch for 12 inch price. Of course he said no because customer service is not important because they buy stinky hair and sell. Anyway I googled and found Hair World Beauty Supply. I fo

Went in to shop and they were staring at me the whole time like I was going to steal something 😭 lady asked me to leave my bag on the counter really rudely so I just left, made me super uncomfortable as a poc.

Diamond was an amazing! I’ve always had problems with my hair being “too frizzy” she recommended soo many things to help me and was very attentive to my texture and what I was looking to fix. Thank you diamond!

I was sold the wrong color hair. I specified what color I wanted and the lady that grabbed the hair for me assured me it was the black color but instead sold me blonde. I should have checked inside the box before leaving the store. When I came back to complain they just kinda shrugged their shoulders like they didn't care and it wasn't their problem. I understand that hair stores are never big on customer service but I think they should be... I guess that's $100 thrown in the trash for me... I'll know better next time

Decent prices. Not the greatest selection but it’s good in a pinch if you need to grab an emergency item. Have bought brushes and various after shaves/lotions. They don’t carry good straight razors.
