The Strand is absolutely amazing! My natural hair has grown significantly! Protective styles are always done perfectly. Kiwi really cares about the health of your hair, and that is so important. Excellence is put into every style. I've been coming for almost 7 years, and my hair is very happy ❤️

I had an exceptional experience at The Strand Hair and Beauty Bar! Not everyone can cut my hair texture into the style I like, but Pam nailed it without me having to give any direction. I recently moved to Texas and am so happy to have found my new local stylist, no more trips to the east coast for the quality cut I’m used to. On top of that, I had my eyebrows done by Kiwi and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend The Stand Hair and Beauty Bar!

I have always had issues with getting my hair cut. Every time the stylist missed my expectations and most of the time I felt worse afterwards. I have some non-typical hair growth patterns that a typical fast service hair dresser just doesnt look for. Not the case here. Not only was my stylist friendly and welcoming, but she paid attention to how my hair grows and lays on my head and I came out of it with a cut that I absolutely love. A week later I keep staring at myself in the mirror just admiring the work. I will absolutely be going here exclusively for future cuts. Thank you so much to Ms Daphne for the stellar service and for giving me a bit of my self esteem back!

hird time going in and not being seen at the appointment time. Various excuses as to why. This last time I made the appointment I heard the stylist say she could not do it until 3:00pm. I made the appointment and also gave my phone number so as to call me if there was a problem with the time. Arrived on time and the stylist had two people in front of me and denied having the appointment. I will not be back.
