Quarter To Ten

I like it. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I don’t get followed. I get greeted and asked if I need help. I like to get braiding hair and accessories. Always thanked after checking out. They also have a section of clearance hair! Check it out, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I purchase a lace front wig. I asked for a human hair lace front wig. I picked one that I really like. She said that it was human hair it cost almost $100.00. Later when my beautician installed the wig. We found that it wasn't human hair. Their policy is that you can not return wigs. I have no idea why she lied. But I will never go back. I had been a customer for over 15 years. I missed the woman who owns the store. The woman that works there, now follows some customers around like they want to steal from the store. It's not the same and it's not honest. Find another shop that stands by their products.

Since 2019, I've only come here to grab all my hair products. I recently walked in to grab a few items for twists, and I was followed around the entire store by the owner—the guy that's always at the counter. The first time, he tried to act like he was looking for something on the aisle I was on, and I didn't think too much of it. But then, on another aisle, he didn't even try to hide it as he looked at my basket, then at me. I went in for Marley hair, so I walked over to the wig section to see if he'd follow me, AND THERE HE IS. Maybe it was because I was in all black with my hoodie on, or simply because I'm Black in a hoodie. I was highly offended to be treated like a thief and set my basket down at the counter and walked out. It was wrong!

I will never go into this store the guy at the counter followed me around like I was going to steal something outta there I believe he has a concept cause of color he has a color girl there and she knows nothing about hair they are very rude and they got her in there to front but in reality they don’t want her there they need the business I love the beauty supply store on breaker excellent customer service

Very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't come back ever . Only came because it was closer then urban beauty off breaker lane I recommend urban beauty they have rewards and you get money off after spending so much and great customer service.
