Customer Reviews
This location is my absolute favorite — so clean, beautiful interiors, and wonderful service. Compared to the nail places I’ve been in the neighborhood, this location is truly beautiful with the newly renovated marble interiors and warm colors. I had Rose do my gel mani & pedi. She was so easy to communicate with and gave me suggestions for what color works for my skin tone and the summer. Her service was thorough and I felt great throughout. Price was super reasonable for midtown nyc and my mani and pedi turned out perfectly. I didn’t realize QQ also offers massages and other beautify treatments, and will be coming back. PS Don’t even get me started about the massage chairs ;)
Loyal QQ customer, was charged $90 ($30 up charge) for a basic gel pedicure yesterday and didn’t realize the price discrepancy until I left. Nail tech did an incredible job, but up charging 50% of the price of a service when a customer is clearly distracted is absolute insanity!
I had a massage here with someone called Tom, it was awful and he didn't have any technique. I still gave him tip but he complained to his colleague that it wasn't enough and was counting the tips in front of me... just rude when the massage wasn't even good at all. Waste of money. Avoid.
I really don’t know how this salon received any 4 or 5 star reviews. The only positive to me is the location and the fact the salon is pretty clean and specious. Depending on the tech you get, you may walk out with nails looking as if you did them yourself “left-handed”. Definitely not coming back.
I’ve been here twice. The first time my nail tech was incredible so I came back. I went two weeks ago and it was clear the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t know how to remove my last gel polish. She didn’t remove it all and just painted over it. The polish was all over my skin and was layered so unevenly. The shaping was also uneven. She also skipped a step with the gel polish. After a 3 days, the gel started chipping. After 5 days the gel polish had come off completely. These pictures are from day 3.
