If i could give me a 0 i would. My wife went to get her nails done and peter did a terrible job. Her nails look worse than when she went in. He said its because her nails are short but we have been to various nail salons and they have always done a good job with her short nails. We will never be going back. He filed it unbelievably short . They rushed her eyebrows and wanted her out.

The worst manicure I have ever received. Halfway through the appointment I was told I “needed” a different type of gel, but no one mentioned it would cost double the original price. If the result had been beautiful, maybe I would have overlooked that. It wasn’t. The gel was applied way too thick. My nails looked bulky and uneven. I asked four separate times for them to make them thinner and was completely ignored. She refused to fix them. They handed me $10 back, which did not make up for the overcharge or the poor quality. I left frustrated and embarrassed by how my nails looked. I went to another salon in Glen Cove and they fixed everything for a fair price without the attitude. I will not be going back.

One of the best salons in town! She did my nails in an hour and they were meticulously detailed. Excellent price. I'll be back soon.

I loved my experience at Sophie’s! I got a gel manicure and it was a very reasonable price. When I got there, they were very friendly and had great service. Everything was super clean. I regret not getting a pedicure this time around and I will definitely go back for their other services!!

I love the personal attention and the way the spa is accommodating. I wish I had a quick massage after my manicure pedicure when I was drying my nails. I tipped more than 20 percent for my experience. I have had other spas give me a quick massage after my manicure/ pedicure with a free massage after. This was not offered.
