Classic Cuts is disgusting in their treatment of customers: I am writing this to warn the Glen Cove community about the appalling treatment I received at this establishment. After pre-arranging a deal over the phone to sell gold and silver—and explicitly disclosing that I am battling a terminal illness and had to travel via Uber in freezing weather—the management's behavior was nothing short of inhumane. Upon arrival, the owner completely reneged on our verbal agreement. When I attempted to discuss the terms we had already settled, I was met with zero empathy and a barrage of verbal abuse, including several profanities and derogatory slurs.
