Q NAILS & SPA

It's my first time going to this nail salon, and I thought I would have a great experience, but it turned out to be horrible. I went to have my nails done, and I had a gel X and pedicure. My pedicure was okay, but my gel X is not. I went on 02/10/26, and today, 02/15/26, my gel X is already starting to come off, just five days after having it done. The nail tech who did my gel X did not know what she was doing. My nails had a lot of hair, and she did not even clean them before applying the clear coat/top coat. She also did not clean my nails properly. I paid 101$ for the gel x and pedicure. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s not worth it!

I came in excited for a cute Christmas acrylic set and a pedicure, but the entire experience left me very unhappy. For the pedicure, I said I wanted red, but I was never given a color palette to choose the shade. They just picked a red for me without asking which one I wanted. For my acrylics, the tech chose the white acrylic powder on her own, even though I brought a clear design photo. I told her she could tweak it a little, but the final result looks nothing like what I asked for. The nails are bumpy, the bows are messy, and she added random glitter I never requested. There were hairs on my nails as she was working, and I pointed them out right away. Instead of removing them, she continued and cured the gel over the hairs. I came in for first time and I loved it here tin I believe that’s his name did a great job with my nails he was very attentive to what I wanted and continuously keep asking if my nails looked good . I will definitely be returning I was pleased with my visit !!

Wonderful nail salon very clean and very good service all very respectful and kind a wonderful lady named Mylie did my nails she did them so good and fast highly recommended her if you go !!

Love this place! Friendly, clean, calm… always get a great pedicure (#5 Jessica Deluxe is the best!) The many times I got acrylics they did a great job, Meagan is my go to if available! I always tip good too since they deal with feet and make me relaxed.
