I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Sky Salon twice now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service and expertise! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is always relaxing. This time, I tried a technique called the “flip over” method, and I am absolutely in love with the results. They executed it with such grace, and my hair looks amazing. I’ll definitely be returning for my maintenance sessions. The stylist(Kim) response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I inquired about a simple silk press, yet instead of politely declining or clearly explaining holiday pricing, I was told my message sounded like a “prank” and that asking for services on Christmas Day was “rude.” There was also an unnecessary comparison to celebrities and what they supposedly pay. There are plenty of other stylists who are providing services on Christmas Day, many of whom are simply already booked, so my request was not unreasonable. Setting boundaries and higher holiday pricing is understandable, but speaking down to a potential client—especially for a basic service—is not acceptable.

Kim is the absolute best hairdresser hands down. I have been her loyal customer for over 3 years and she has surpassed my expectations each time. I recently got my hair CHOPPED off and she KILLED the cut! My hair came out EXACTLY how I wanted it! Now I get stopped every 5 minutes about my amazing new hairdo. I absolutely love Kim!
