Absolutely love my nails each time I get them done! Everyone is professional, laid back and very nice to chat with while receiving services. The owner is wonderful, takes time in knowing who we are, remembers us when we come back . Such a nice little thing which makes me want to keep coming back. You're not just a # to them. Thank you Q-Nails. You're my favorite nail establishment in the Jamestown NY area!! Highly recommend them to everyone! & I love their cute dog Lucy!! She was a sweetie!

Finally found a classy, clean and wonderful atmosphere to get my nails done. Love this place, everyone is wonderful and willing to give you a Fabulous experience. I have been to 5 different nail salons in the area because none of them will do a traditional pink and white powder french manicure 💅 extremely happy I found my new permanent nail salon. ❤️

First time to Q nails Ana was my nail tech. She did a beautiful job. Shaped them as l asked. Ana is very precise in applying acrylic nails, not too thick either. Nice and smooth. She painted beautiful little flower and butterfly. Will definitely reschedule with Ana. Place is very clean and peaceful. Many nail polish colors to choose from, as well.

I loved this place so much! I was a bit worried going in because it was my first time w them but my nails came out so amazing it was incredible. The tech, Anna, was so nice and when I asked her if she could fix a nail I thought was a bit crooked she worked w me till I thought it was better and was js amazing overall. My nails came out beautifully and I definitely want to go back to them again.

I have never been to Q Nails before but I can tell you this much I will continue to go to them. They are reasonably priced and the establishment is clean and welcoming and the nail tech that did my nails did an awesome job. They will continue to get my business.
