Nails 4 U

My daughter went in to get her nails done, and the finished product was absolutely awful. When she asked for them to be fixed, the owner refused and instead demanded that she pay $60 for the poor service. She left and immediately went to Lux Salon, where they were able to fix her nails for just $20. It's disappointing that such an unprofessional attitude was shown, especially when the work was clearly subpar.

Making appointments is a waste of time here. Don't plan to get pedicures with a friend. One will be done before the other starts EVERY SINGLE TIME. The jets NEVER work. Horrible. But we keep going back because the product is great. Pedicure stays on forever, where other places it chips after a day and the people are very nice. You just can't get 2 pedicures at the same time even with an appointment.

We arrived at 1:42 for our 1:45 appointment. We were scheduled for a fill and a full set. They sat me right away. The one girl couldn’t tell that I had pink acrylic on and filled all the way down to my actual nail. You would think they would be able to tell the difference between gel paint and pink acrylic. Two of my nails broke because she filed them down so thin. Which I got charged for one of them. My friend got a full set they didn’t even sit her till an hour later. Another appointment came in and the workers all rushed over to them. Leaving us to sit longer. The other appointment was finished and left before us. My end results for my nails were bumpy and didn’t look good. I was there well over what I should have been I wasn’t about to sit and wait another few hours for them to be fixe

I am obsessed with my nails!!! Kara or kiera (im sorry if i messed that up lol) was amazing! I made an appointment for 5 and was done and in my car in 45 minutes. She did an amazing job and has such a great attitude! Shes a keeper! True jewel at this salon! I've only been here twice but both times I left satisfied and just because of her ill definitely be coming back!!!! Thank you!!
