I went to Q nail spa with my mother and sister in law and we loved our experience. All of the employees were very kind and accommodating. Ruby does an incredible job and took her time making sure my nails were perfect. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Things went okay. The prices were pretty good but there was some significant issues with mine and my friends nail sets we got. A lot of my toe nails got cut every direction except straight and are way too short because she didn’t even ask me if I wanted them cut or how id like my nails cut. My thumb nail popped off less than 8 hours later of the service. My friend was cut numerous times and has a huge bubble in her nail. Then while we were there we heard the technicians speaking very loudly about how they charged a woman for an expensive pedicure and she didn’t even get half of the services that went with that package. Never had the best experiences at nail salons but wanted to try one again since I needed a full set asap. Did a walk in and got seated right away! Ruby did a fantastic job loved how she took care of my nails throughout the whole session. Definitely coming back!

Couldn’t recommend a better place for nails! The environment is calm and relaxing and the staff is great! Huge shout-out to Tin for making my vision come to life and giving us lots of laughter and smiles! Will definitely be back 😊
