My mom and I came to this place, and we had never been here before. They had a 4 stars rating so I made an appointment. My mom was getting a simple manicure and pedicure and I was just getting a pedicure. While the older man was doing my nails he asked me many person questions and give very weird statements. Ex) he asked how long have you and your boyfriend been together? I said 4 years. Then he proceeded to ask me does he love you? I said of course then told me…you never know even if you been together for long and told me how he and his ex wife got divorced! Another example: he said I have small hands I said haha yeah then he proceeded to tell me…that’s good woman with smaller hands/nails look better on woman. These are just TWO examples. Nails: -He kept smudging the polish on my fingers

Lily at Q Nails spent METICULOUS time making sure my shellac manicure and pedicure were perfect for my wedding!! I’ve never had such an attentive and locked in nail artist. She checked with me that I liked my nails every single step of the way. She even added tips onto two of my other nails that were slightly shorter to make sure they were perfect (bet you can’t tell which ones!) My nails look exactly like the example photo I showed. I could not be more happy with my experience at Q Nails! No feet pics taken but the pedicure is perfect too!

I came in last minute before vacation and got a pedicure and manicure done in an hour! The staff was kind and did excellent work! I have short nails due to my job and she still made them look pretty!

I have been to this establishment a hand full of times and never had a wow experience. My usual location was booked up for a while and I went out on a limb again and tried going here, and I'm sorry I did. The guy that did my nails rushed what he did do to my toes. He asked if I wanted the deluxe or not, I told him no and I found out he gave it to me anyway, having to pay for it. Most likely because he was arguing with two of his coworkers hardly paying attention to me most of the time I was there! I did ask for a design on my nail, and i told him I had a picture of one I wanted and when I focused back at him to show it to him, he already had a design done on one of my toes. Had an appt at 9:15. They got me in so quick. No time was wasted. Friendly environment. My nails looks great, had a pedicure as well and it was wonderful my feet look good and feel good. Definitely will be going back!
