WONT shop here again...I now it was slow but I had to say to guy sitting at register,Hi,Excuse me because he was texting onWill phone. Lady in back was on phone looking at me,when I was clearly searching...When I said,hi, excuse me,she kept talking on phone and just pointed to what I asked about..POOR,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love this store. I drive all the way from upstate NY to make purchases here. The store is clean, well organized and appropriately priced. There are 2 stores right beside one another. So, if you don't see what you are looking for, they will have it next door.

I've only been here twice and my second visit was not like my first. The young lady that stocks the shelves was extremely helpful. But when I went to check out of the store, the Asian guy behind the counter was very rude. He treated me like I was bothering him while he was watching whatever on his phone. After paying, he had the audacity to throw my receipt at me! Me being 9 months pregnant, I could not even bend down to get my receipt off the floor. I left disgusted and will NEVER return. I would suggest that you all visit a different hair supply like the one in Union Center, Union, NJ (Stuyvesant Ave). They're always extremely nice.

I've always had a great shopping experience here! The owners and his family always provide top notch service. The workers are also very friendly and are knowledgeable about the products on the shelf.

Place is extremely nice and affordable. The customer service is always outstanding and staff are always willing to help. My go to store for 2+ years , never disappointed.
