I had a wonderful experience. I originally booked one service, but after I showed Chelsie the damage I’d been dealing with, she recommended a different service that better addressed my hair’s needs. Chelsie truly knows her craft and focuses on what’s most important first, she genuinely cares about the health of your hair. I haven’t had a relaxer in three months and I’m working toward going completely natural. I know the process can be challenging, but Chelsie made me feel confident that my hair is in good hands. She seems more than capable of handling the journey, and I’m excited to continue working with her.
