Please people if you by any product in a box. Please open the box and check the product before you bye. The new owner decided to not reimburse me for a bad product. I bought the product the clerk was compassionate and sweet I brought it back the next day to let them know that the product was already damaged inside the box when I opened it. The clerk agreed because she actually saw how the product was damaged and no there was no possible way that I the consumer would even damage the product in this capacity. We call them owner and explained what happened and even sent pictures. And the owner did not want to compensate me. Please, please, please open your products before you buy them at the store.

This is THE best hair supply store I have ever been in! I’m new to Texas and what not and I’m so used to being followed around and feeling uncomfortable in stores like these, but my experiences have not been anything like that here. I’ve been to this store 2 times and it will be my go to store ALL the time. They let you take your time finding everything you need, they will even help you find products and talk to you like you’re a regular human being. I’m just super shocked at how nice all the staff were.. the first time I went there , there was a man, he was very nice. I think he wore glasses and was a little on the older side, but he’s very sweet! The second time I went there, there was a young lady.. amazing conversationalist as well. She made me feel like a friend and they aren’t that p

Jennifer the owner is very manipulative and she sells a lot of fake wigs. I regret going to this beauty supply I wanted a Brazilian hair but wasn’t sure if she had good quality hair. I tried the displayed wig. She went to the back and brought a wig in a box that I didn’t see how it looked like because I trusted is the same as the one I tried. She said she can cut the lace professionally so I asked her to cut the lace front, mind you she cut the lace all the way to the back where you can’t even glue it. I was already unhappy plus the texture wasn’t the same but she continued to say you just need to wear it and spray some to it And the hair was nasty thick and the layers wasn’t even, also there’s no Parting space like it should have, you can’t even put your hands through the hair plus they l

Went and the door was locked with a sign saying “be back in 5 mins” however I waited on a hot car for over thirty mins . Was then in a hurry for another appt. Went in and was sold a floor model wig that was not right after I discovered the problem at home . . Owner Wouldn’t let me return it either after having me wait in 100 degree weather outside . Think twice before you go here . .
