Chris is incredibly adept at massage. He was able to help me with very stiff back muscles. I have degenerative disc disease in my sacrum, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine. Chris is able to significantly increase my mobility and decrease my daily pain. I can not recommend him enough.
The best massage I've ever gotten! Every other massage I walked away thinking that there wasn't enough pressure but Chris seemed to have the right amount of pressure and knew exactly where to press. He also told me where I had the most amount of tension. I'll be coming back!
