The girl I had did not try to talk to me only talked to the girl working next to her. I walked out before she finished. She did not file any of my nails the same length or shape. I was going to get the tips paint another color and before she started I had to tell her she didn't shape them correctly. Not only that I said I wanted acrylics 3 times and wanted them longer. She did what she wanted and my nails look horrible. Maybe focus on the customers nails not talking. Not on that but my dip powder is to thick and uneven. Stay far away!!

It was our first time coming here. Our appointment was at 1:00pm and there were 3 of us and they started taking care of the 3rd person finaly at 3:00pm. Very rude and rough. I was bleeding in several spots. They didnt clean up my nails at all and I asked several times for them to be shorter when she was trimming the tips and she never trimmed them. Yesterday i had gone here to get my nails done for prom and they did so good on them😍 The environment was calm and clean, I felt very at peace when my nails were being done. This is the best salon I have ever been to in Iowa and I know if I'm ever near west des moines again then I will be getting my nails done here again 😁

This is my ultimate favorite nail salon! I'm a travel healthcare worker and even when I'm on a contract out-of-state I'll wait until I can come back to DSM to see Kelly before getting my nails done by anyone else! I don't get anything crazy done, but you'd be surprised at how many places do it wrong. I love this place!!!

We used to love this place when Jade and Andrew ran it. The quality and professionalism was lacking our last visit. Exclept for Lee who always does a wonderful job. We paid over 50 dollars for a dip manicure with extensions that were way too small, bumpy, and shaping was not what was asked for, and gel nail polish was applied without being asked. In the following pictures you will see my moms dip nails AFTER she tried to shape them herself.
