And from the chemo and steriods my joints are sore, achy, and weak. Sharon, being the professional she is recommended and performed services on me that literally changed my life. Her recommendations of massage combined with sound therapy and/or facials brought fast and even instant relief to me physically. Her technique, methods, and caring energy made my mind feel free too. Recently she's been helping my lymphedema caused by radiation burn with lymphatic drainage massage. My massage therapist, Kim, was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable and the ambiance instantly put me at ease. After my session, I felt like all the stress had been lifted from my body. Even more impressive, the lower back pain I had been dealing with for weeks was completely gone. Kim, thank you! I finally have someone who can not only treat my back pain but also help elevate my stress. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in you can tell this is going to be an experience. The relaxed lighting, soothing music playing softly in the background and authentic pleasant greetings from the gracious staff cause an instant wave of peace to wash over you. Janelle greeted me promptly at my appointed time and was exceptional in her approach and technique. Identifying and relieving tension and chronic issues that left me feeling as though she were able to read my thoughts. Tried sound yoga here today and it was amazing!!! I've done sound yoga many times but my first experience here with Chanelle was wonderful. The instruments she uses are glorious. I think everyone in the room had a celestial experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend visiting.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Had a neurosomatic therapy session with Adam and I can’t speak highly enough about the amazing outcome. I went in to see him with terrible back pain that had been going on for over a week. Nothing was helping the 10/10 pain. Spent 2 hours with Adam and walked out almost pain free. He was very thorough, asked lots of questions, made me feel very comfortable as he explained how the body is all connected. This is so much more than just a massage. Go see Adam!
