Pure Sweat + Float Studio, Belle Meade

Absolutely loved my experience here! Staff members Sophie & Samantha were so friendly, calm and informative. It was my first float tank experience and they walked me it with kindness & expertise. Peaceful environment, top notch facility, great products throughout (even with my sensitive skin) and the service was so relaxing. Highly recommend trying out the float tank here!

What an amazing experience I had doing my first float! So grateful for the thorough explanation from Jo-Lynn. I thought I’d feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable in the dark, but it was complete serenity. Phenomenal customer service and the cleanest facilities. The shower products are wonderful quality and helped get all the salt out of my bleached hair with ease. Cannot wait to go back to Pure Sweat + Float Belle Meade for more floats.

Staff was SO nice and helpful in walking through everything, Samantha is a rockstar! The facility was so nice and so clean. Everything is incredibly well curated from the time you walk in until you leave. Will definitely be back!

My first experience at Pure Sweat and Float Studio in Belle Meade and it was everything I expected, needed, and more. The staff - Sophie and Samantha, were kind, educating, and helpful. The entire ambiance is peaceful, healthy, and inspiring. Adding a contrast with cold plunge to my exercise routine and diet has made a tremendous impact on both my mental and physical health. I have a Float scheduled for next week and I am looking forward to a long relationship with this studio, the staff, the health benefits, and the community. I loved my sauna session! The vibe was great and peaceful, and the sauna had heat settings, along with Netflix and Spotify and different massage tools, so don’t worry about getting bored! It was lovely :) I’ll definitely be back!
