Don’t book with them. They are trying to scam.. purchased a Groupon and tried to schedule an appointment. Was only able to get her on the phone 1 time. She said to text her my Groupon voucher and she’ll send an appointment confirmation..first red flag. That’s shiesty to ask for my voucher via text. Never heard from them again. I’ve also seen other reviews that say they will redeem your Groupon even if you haven’t had your massage. Stay far away!!

Booking experience is terrible. I bought a Groupon to use, called the Spa only for no one to answer and then listen to a long voicemail instructing me to TEXT a number to book. I texted with the required information and after two weeks of no response or update I canceled the Groupon for a refund. I have nothing to review in terms of service but would not recommend simply based on how you book.

Overall horrible experience , and not even the massage i never made it. I googled a couples massage for sweetest day and seen a promotion on Groupon . For a reasonable price and the location i thought this place would be a perfect fit but was sadly mistaken. It’s been over a week and I’ve been calling almost everyday to book an appointment sometimes no answer but today i finally received an answer and was basically told i got pushed to the back of the queue for texting the number twice to figure out appointment information. Don’t try to book overall very frustrating to think you’re gonna get a service and not only not get the service but be refunded with money you can only use on the Groupon app and still no message of future appointment times

The session was excellent and relaxing. The staff were nice and professional. They had options as too what oils you can choose. That was different and innovative. The massage therapist offered me some water at the end of the session. They played Smooth Jazz and easy listening music. It left a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this place. The only downside is you have to book your appointments through text message. They will get back to you eventually, but this method I do not care for.

So I bought this on Groupon for like $150. Wasn’t worth more than $30. Weird scheduling (they do not respond for days). “60 minute” massage was more like 30 because of how often they left the room. They tell you in the beginning that they leave the room for hot towels etc. but there were very long periods where we were left naked and cold under a cheap sheet. Temp was not relaxing, my feet were legit ice cold. Music is played off an iPad and I requested spa music. However, would get intense obnoxious jazz every few songs. The girl giving my massage wasn’t even wearing shoes. The tables were broken and both my boyfriend and I could not get comfortable on the tables. My boyfriend was told every time he moves, he is moving the head rest. They spend a weirdly long time on the face. I just felt
