Listen, I like this place for the most part. Great service here and staff are friendly and take good care of you. However, went there the other day after work. A young man was in the front and they only had one masseuse on duty so I had to wait like 20 mins. which is no big deal. To make a long story short, the masseuse was rude and condescending to me and demanded an extra $20 tip (on top of $20 tip I already had given her). I had never experienced that here before and I told her no. She responded that if I don't give her the extra, not to go back there! The young man interrupted her and told her that she was inviting trouble. They went back and forth with her telling me just to go. I feel weird about the whole thing! I don't know now if I'm welcome or not...please advise...

I saw some reviews before going to this place for a walk in massage about feeling forced to tip more money. I was hoping that they’d change from the feedback, unfortunately they did not. The massage was mediocre at best, you get what you pay for- I understand that. But the entire establishment smelled like either old food or mold, it was overwhelming. I did a couples massage with my boyfriend and the two masseuses talked throughout it, which to me is unacceptable. Then, after paying cash and giving them 20% each, they asked for more money. Continually asking and almost bullying me for $10 more each. I said no and left. Really strange experience

Had a great experience. Felt no pressure with the tip as others have mentioned. $60 for a 1 hour massage. Will be back.

I called and asked for a specific lymphatic massage. Their english wasn’t very good so I asked many times and they said ‘YES YES YES’. Drove here to then be told ‘NO’. It is obvious they just wanted me to drive here and take what they have to offer. Wasted my day the time. Very unprofessional.

Under new ownership. The therapist up-charged the massage to deep tissue so she could charge more money. Then kept insisting on more money for the tip. Even though she was tipped $60.00 cash. On top of it the massage was not good. For about 20 minutes I had to listen to people argue in the waiting room. Don’t waste your time. I will never go back.
