Pure Nail

Used to go here consistently and it was fine. Lately I feel like each time I go it gets worse and worse. Recently got a gel manicure and the woman did a hack job just pushing parts of my cuticles and not cleaning them at all. Then for polish, she didn’t go to the ends of my nail let alone capping the edge and the gel polish was so thick at the parts she did paint.

Horrible experience. Had been here for a manicure and pedicure. You can clearly see in the pictures that the coats are overlapping and uneven. The Asian lady who did my nails didn't even bother to apply the polish properly even though I was telling her to do so. She didn't even understand English. I finished paying and stepped out and an old Asian Man came behind me asking for tips. I did tip generously. But running behind someone asking for more tips is unethical. I don't like the customer service of this salon.

was my first time wanted to get full set of acrylics done was a fairly simple design they charged me $125 and the acrylic was laid on thick and bumpy and the whole session took 2 hours. i have gotten acrylics before at other places for a better price and with more complex designs and a more efficient service. would not come back and would not recommend.

I went to Pure Nail for a mani/pedi and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately my nails turned out absolutely terrible… For my manicure I just got a normal polish change, but the paint was completely rushed, uneven and turned out very bubbly. It was a nice atmosphere but I’m really upset I spent the money that I did for my nails to look like this. I’m honestly debating removing the polish and painting them myself.

Update as of September 2022 I came to get gel manicure , it was a Sunday and they did not have much people around so I chose my color and the person taking care of me was so sweet. However , I honestly wish I could remove this star !! Please do not go to this place ! It is horrible!! I will insert a picture of my nails (gel manicure ) after 1 day !!! One dayyyy !!! I keep giving them another chance cause they are close by and the team seems like they put an effort, however they are beyond horrible ! Trust me ! I had the worst experience here last week. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure was ok but the manicure was horrible!!! My nails chipped the next day!!! That was my second time here giving them a second chance but I really recommend you go anywhere else
