Pure Joy Salon and Day Spa

I chose Pure Joy Salon to do my hair for my wedding and they were wonderful! Maria styled my hair and it was lovely, I was very pleased with my updo. Everyone at the salon was friendly and welcoming, and their prices for bridal hair and makeup were very affordable. I really appreciate all they did to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I’ve seen multiple stylists here over the years (Abby, Sheila, Neve) and love them all! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad cut, color or style. Staff are friendly and the salon environment is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Love it here! Pricing is comparable to what you would pay at other salons in the area and for the quality of services.

Marissa is the best!! The salon has a great vibe and everyone seems friendly and professional. I have had my hair cut and colored by Marissa and definitely will keep going back as long as I can. She takes the time to understand your vision and she’s executed my color better than any other stylist I’ve been to!

From the outside, Pure Joy is unassuming. It might have been a barn in its former life, but the gilded hands of renovation have removed its former indignity. When you enter, you have the distinct feeling that you're in the hands of your impossibly stylish older sister, and you just know you're going to love your new look. I asked for some layers and a blonde balyage. I'd never dyed my curly hair before, and I was a bit nervous, until I met my stylist, Beth. She's as pretty as Belle, as kind as Sleeping Beauty, with the magic touch of Cinderella's Fairy Godmother. I half expected tiny woodland creatures to appear and lend their aide. Very nice staff, very clean and welcoming, also very good at their job. A little pricey but I guess that's parr for the course.
