I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, but upon arrival, I waited approximately 30 minutes before being seen. During that time, additional clients arrived at 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, and 2:30 PM, despite the salon appearing to be significantly short-staffed with only two employees working. Because of this, the service felt rushed, and unfortunately, the quality of my nails reflected that. I did not feel that the work met professional standards. The salon has recently changed ownership and management, and the previous team provided a much better experience. During my visit, I was told I should have come in at 12:00 PM instead of 1:00 PM so the technician would not feel rushed. However, when I initially called to book, I specifically asked for the

Just started going to this location a few weeks ago & Will NOT be going anywhere else from now on! Very clean, relaxing and cute inside. Other places make your nails look chunky. They take their time and make sure you get what you like. 10/10!!

Helen is absolutely wonderful! I have also observed a few other Nail artists and they are all very detailed and take their time for beautiful nail results. I would definitely recommend LV nails!

Lena was friendly and executed my nails perfectly! she matched the inspo photo to the best of her ability and i’m very happy with the result! I also didn’t know about builder gel and she explained it’s a little strong and lighter and decided to go with that and happy i did!

I love this salon. Been to several other places but always go back here. It's a smaller salon. I do make an appointment, which they honor. Staff are pleasant. Work is consistently good. They do not rush services. They keep a very calming Asian cooking show with nice music on the TV. Very relaxing atmosphere. No crazy loud music.
