Pure Jade Massage

STAY AWAY!!! Called and made appointment and the lady on the phone told me not to ask many questions and come to try the service and when I arrived she surprised me by saying that a regular customer called and she gave him the same time I was promised on the phone and after good long conversation she told me not to come back. I ask for her name and she refused so I took a picture to at least show the public an example of the bad service and she ran after me to the car and start banging on the door window and trying to open my car door. What an aggressive behavior and bad customer service!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I’m so glad I found them, was in town for 2 nights & they were able to book a late night appointment. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonable and they have great packages. Carrie took care of me 100% she gave a awesome massage. I will define back whenever I’m back in Tampa. It was great to find a local small business to support.

You will not find a more authentic and caring massage therapist, than Carrie at Pure Jade. She is a true professional, who works hard at trying to accommodate as many clients as she can. If you have to wait a bit to see her, believe me, she is worth the wait.

I got my massage yesterday, brought my kids with me as I had no one to watch them. She graciously welcomed them with open arms instead of turning me away. As far as the massage went, It was outstanding!! I walked in with so much pain in my neck and shoulder that I was not able to turn my head or lift my arm for 2 days! I tried heating pads, range of motion exercises, stretching, ibuprofen, but nothing worked. After Jade used her magical hands, I felt a million times better! You can tell she loves what she does! This experience was one of the best I've had! Will definitely be coming back!

This place is very clean and calming. Prices are reasonable. An she has different types of massages that have helped me. So thankful! Very professional! This massage therapist knows what she doing. Highly recommended. Lovely experience!
