Joe's the best barber in town. If you want a beard or hair, he's the best you can get in Tampa. I literally visit from NC to Tampa every month to get my hair done.

Very quick did not feel very attentive. Got a fade, the fade its self was not bad. Asked for some weight taken of the front it ended being uneven. The shop itself is nice, but was not too pleased overall.
