Purchased Botox through a Groupon and was so pleasantly surprised by my experience here! Staff was delightful, office is so clean, and my injections were perfect. They helped me stay within my budget as well which was so appreciated. I will definitely be back!!

I have gone here for several years for injections. In October, I had 68 units of Botox injected. I had zero results. I suspected that the Botox was watered down due to the ineffectiveness. The injector confirmed my suspicions at my next appointment stating that they had gotten a “bad batch” of Botox injected October. They should have reached out to all customers and offered refunds when they realized something was not right with the Botox. I will not be returning.

For a couple of years, I’ve traveled from Texas in California. Whenever I was in Texas, I sometimes would go here for a little fresh me up or something with Botox. Always was pleased with the results the staff everyone. There’s been quite a change, both in the I couldn’t get in touch with the office. It’s a call center but they have a really bad problem with returning calls. So days weeks go by. And then you know your own life happens and I finally got book. They were out of supplies and I was booked for the Wrong thing. I always start pitching sculpture on me.. To the point where whenever I do show up, I say right away hey, I’m going to do sculpture but I Address some other things that are issues and some other things I would like to try and do first. I can’t say enough positive things about my first experience with Pure Indulgence Aesthetics! I was honestly so nervous, having never done anything beyond a basic facial, but from the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm! I wish I remembered their names because they both deserve to be mentioned! The beautiful blonde woman who greeted me was incredibly kind and welcoming. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain other services without ever being pushy or salesy. I came here for Botox. I am looking for a new place so this was my first time. THEY DID NOT USE AN ANTISEPTIC WIPE before applying my Botox. They also put so much in one area it looked like I was hit in the head with a baseball. I used a Groupon (since I’m trying to find a new place) and I said multiple times I don’t want anymore units then what I already paid and they said I would get zero results. I’m so nervous for what the next few days will bring. Will I get an infection? Are my eyes going to shut from all this Botox in one area right above my eyebrow? Very frustrated and concerned and disappointed. It also smelt horrible in there.
