Keisha is wonderful—kind, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She truly takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hairstyle. Every visit feels like self-care, and I always leave feeling uplifted and genuinely cared for.

Lakeisha (owner) styles and maintains my long natural hair, my mother's medium-length natural hair, and my son's medium-length dreadlocks. We have been customers for years. She expertly coaches us to care for our mane. She is responsive, personable, artistic, and professional. She never double-books appointments. The shop is peaceful and clean. Keisha values customers' time and money. She listens and cares. I highly recommend Pure Elegance for purchasing haircare products, as well. Hands down, this shop is the very best in Williamsburg!

Hands down the best spot in the area for all haircare needs. I get my braids done here every month and always come out looking fresh. Easily accessible. Amazingly kind staff and excellent prices. Doesn't get better than this.

I have been a customer with the owner since before they owned this location and they are the BEST hair dresser in the Williamsburg area. I have nothing but great things to say about Pure Elegance and highly suggest you visit if you need any type of hair care. The services are affordable, timely and top notch. I really appreciate the pricing for retwists here as they work for college students like me who need a retwist at an affordable price. The new location is amazing and only getting better and I know it will be a one stop shop for all hair care and more very soon.
