Pure Bliss Nail Spa

Beautiful and well-organized spa. The salon looked clean, and the staff was friendly. Prices were good, and booking online was super easy. The only thing that I didn't like was that even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait like 10-15 minutes for someone to assist me. I booked a regular pedicure, and the whole process was fast and efficient. Finished within 35-40 minutes. The technician, who had it done, paid attention to every detail, which I appreciated. My toenails looked fantastic! I will be back.

100% pleased with my first visit here! Although their website offers online booking, I called and they had last minute availability. I was promptly greeted, seated in a comfortable pedicure area, and attended to by Helen and Linda for my polish removal, gel mani, and regular pedi. Even More comfort, they added little pillows for my hands to rest on. They asked my name and introduced themselves, which I was pleasantly impressed with. The atmosphere was relaxing, with soothing instrumental background music. I felt that cleanliness was a priority for them…. with fresh plastic liner for the pedi, and as there were other customers there I watched as they transferred every “used” item from the salon area to the back after each use. Had an appointment and was rushed through the entire process and made to feel like an inconvenience. Both techs were rough handed and both pedicure and manicure hurt. They sliced through my cuticles with files and tools. Every nail is a different shape and length. The tech doing my nails was on their phone the entire time and I had to repeat myself. They were argumentative and disorganized. The salon is cluttered and dusty giving a dirty vibe. They shuffled me to one seat then another and then another. Horrible results, service, and experience. DO. OT RECOMMEND - pictures below are AFTER I had to shape my nails myself to try and salvage a $59 manicure

I hate giving nagetive reviews, but... I use reviews myself so... I had an appointment at Pure Bliss, so it is not a "we fit you in" situation. It was on Friday afternoon, after a long week, I was looking forward to some pampering... The pedicure was ok. My toes were winter toes, so... I can see that she didn't have that much to work with. 10$ for a callus treatment (which I didn't really need, but my heels were dry, so I went for it) did not leave my heels as soft as I would have hoped so I can't imagine what it would have done for real calluses. The manicure was done Standing beside my chair during the pedi... very awkward position as the chairs are close together. I could not relax as I had to kind of twist to make my hands available. I’ve been to many nail salons, but today was one the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. Easy to park, friendly staff, and the atmosphere itself felt very calming with relaxing music. I got a pedicure and they did an excellent job :)
